What a crazy workout i had today!!!Full body workout hanging pullups, squats,deaadlifts,becnch press, standing incline cables,inclind dunmbell press,incline dumbbell flys,machine pulldown,machine pulldowns reverse grip,machine flys and hanging leg lifts..If you wanna be a machine you gotta do the work..lol..I am loving my progress right now,its not easy but i have a comprtition to win..I have never been more determined in my life to win a show before so im just gonna put my head down and give it my best..Im still incredibly strong considering im 4 weeks out,well so my partner said Mr Ludus magnus..lol..My V taper is unreal and my shoulders are very vascular..Just loving it right now..cardio tonight and back to the gym tomorrow morning to do it all over again...
